Wooden picture rail

In addition to aluminum rails, STAS also offers wooden rails in 2 different models. The STAS windsor is elegant and warm where the STAS riva provides a sleek and robust look. Something for everyone! Both models are easy to use and each has its own profile with matching hooks available.

We are using timber from sustainably managed forests where trees are replanted as they are felled. STAS maintains strict quality control regarding the wood – the rails are perfectly straight and very well dried. The high quality Ayous wood differs from other, cheaper wood types: It can handle temperature and humidity changes very well – so it won’t warp or splinter as easily as other, cheaper wood type rails such as pine. Perfectly suitable to repaint because of its smooth texture.
